Reason Against Blasphemy (2nd Edition)

I have gone back and reformatted the interior files for Reason Against Blasphemy. While I was at it I took the liberty of changing the cover. I know the original pink cover, for whatever reason, had turned some people off. Maybe it wasn't "manly" enough, even though pink originally was designated as a male oriented color, but never mind. The new look is refreshing and I went with the next best color, royal purple.  Actually, it's simply two lavender filters over the original pink-orange sunset image (the same as the first cover).

What's new in this edition?

1. My editor's foreword has been rewritten with some updated blasphemy case info and a new, yet vital, footnote.

2. The font and formatting has been streamlined so the text is easier to read.

3. Robert G. Ingersoll's texts have been given additional paragraph breaks, as the original transcript often went three pages at a time without a break--making it extremely hard to read without getting bogged down.

I made this editorial decision extremely reluctantly as I typically do not like altering the original text beyond what is necessary, but I felt it necessary here to add the paragraph breaks at key points in his speech in areas he expressly stressed or emphasized for added effect, and in areas where he changes subject, including tangents, but where the original transcript neglected to start a new line.

The added paragraph breaks make reading much easier and less of a burden, and hopefully make the text more memorable as key points, and key phrases, as stressed by Ingersoll really hit home (as originally intended by Ingersoll himself).

4. The two separate table of contents of the original book have been combined into a single table of contents at the front of book one. (The e-book version has been given hyper-link functionality with an interactive table of contents so you can jump straight to the chapter desired).

Other than these four changes there were no additional changes.

The book is still the original 6 X 9 paperback format on white paper. I have to admit, I kind of like this version better.
