Bitten Re-release (MHES)

My first zombie book BITTEN: A Resurrection Thriller just got the MHES editorial treatment. This means that Monique Happy and her team have completely gone over the manuscript and cleaned it up and helped catch areas which needed serious attention.

So, what's new you ask?

Instead of the original 28 chapters, there are now 44 with an prologue and epilogue.

I have broken the book into two parts. It seemed logical since the book takes place in two main locations, the city and outside the city. 

Additionally, chapters have been re-arranged to fit the timeline of events. For whatever reason, I thought I'd be artistic the first time around and jump around between events, but this only seemed to confuse readers. So I broke the chapters up, doubling the chapter count, and put them in order. The book reads much more smoothly now, and I learned my lesson. Jumping around is confusing, so don't do it.

I changed two character's stories and one characters fate. That is, in the original story I killed a certain character that I realize I needed later on. So in this version that character lives! And if you've already read the book, no, it's not who you're expecting. 

Along with the new edits and proof-reads, the book is finally the story and quality I envisioned the first time around but came short of reaching. 

Also, if you've already downloaded a copy of the book via Amazon, the gracious folks at Amazon.com have agreed to re-release the updated file to all those who have previously purchased it. You may get a notice in the mail, or on your Kindle device, but if not just head to your Amazon.com account, go to manage devices, and then update the file for Bitten.
